We
all recognize Will Rogers' messages from movie theaters,
but now WRI is taking their message to the web! Around
since 1936, the Will Rogers Institute is a non-profit
organization that honors the memory of Will Rogers by
promoting and engaging in medical research while educating
the general public on topics of health and fitness.
WRI
is now teaming with John Ratzenberger, best known for
playing mail carrier, Cliff Clavin on Cheers. John has
spent the last 14 years of his life promoting health literacy
and informing as many people as possible about the warning
signs of diabetes.
It
is important to know the warning signs since they can
easily go unnoticed. For more information and to learn
about their annual summer fundraiser visit www.wrinstitute.org.
